What is a virtual tour?
A virtual tour is a way to walk around a property either online or on a CDROM. The tours are created from of 360° panoramic images which are displayed in way to allow users to pan around the images as if they were actually at the property. Hotspots within the tour or on a floor plan can be clicked to take users to another room. Being able to move from one room to another is what makes virtual tours and excellent way to view property online.
How are virtual tours made?
Virtual tours are made using digital still photography to create 360° panoramic images. These images are then used to create a virtual tour with specialist software.
How long will it take?
A photographer will visit your home and photograph each room to be in the tour. This will take about an hour. Post production can take up to 8 hours. We will aim to have your tour online within 48 hours of the photographer visiting.
