H & F Property Management is a dedicated, local lettings service provided by Homes and finance. Assisting both Landlords and tenants with flexibility of service and an extensive selection of property to rent including executive houses, family homes, apartments & flats, Homes and Finance have properties in Yarm, Eaglescliffe and Ingleby Barwick available to let, to suit every requirement.

We offer a range of services from ‘finders-only’ where the tenant is sourced and referenced then handed over to the landlord to manage, to ‘fully managed’ where the Landlord can leave every aspect of the tenancy to the experts. Landlords sometimes feel happy somewhere between the two having some input as the tenancy runs its course. Wherever you feel comfortable is where we can be of service.

This simplistic ethos also runs with all aspects of our fee structure:

There are no charges for Landlords over and above the management fee.
Our management fee is extremely competitive (currently at 10%+VAT).
